Harbor Freight Tools

Disclaimer: I work for Harbor Freight's corporate office, so I may be biased, but I think the store team at this location is top-notch! They had everything on my list in stock and the associates helped me find a couple things that were in endcap displays rather than their usual spot on the shelves. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The store wasn't crowded on a Tuesday morning so I was in and out very quickly. The store is smaller and less overwhelming than some of the larger home improvement stores. Plenty of space in the parking lot. I'm glad to have an HFT so close to my new house, I know I'll be back!

I went looking for a specific tool. They had it, but it was in the kit. I'm not going to pay for tools I'll never use just to get the one I need. An employee was sitting in his car, in a disabled spot no less, smoking weed from the time I went in the store and was STILL smoking when I came out. I was inside for at least 15 minutes. I won't be going to this location any longer.

Usually have a good experience, but I bought a parts organizer in February, and the normally removable product label would not come off. I was 2 months late according to the store in what should have been a “sure no problem, swap it for another one”. Might be reconsidering spending lots of money here based on principle, quality of customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond to “make things right”.

Great customer service at the Chippewa store in St. Louis. Everyone was helpful, friendly and courteous. I bought two more of the folding sports chairs. They're light weight and durable. Thanks to the great staff there working Sat., June 24.

The absolutely best prices. They have cheap middle of the road and contractor grade tools. Very very nice people. If they don't have it then try a big box store. This light is amazing it is so bright it will literally go several football fields you cannot looking into this you will be blinded and I love the fact that it's battery powered this Bauer light is amazing I think this is a must have if you needed a bright Spotlight this is the one and only around forty bucks I had to have it and let me tell you I'm glad I bought it
